Pastor Lauren Yvonne Calloway is a Biblical Business Developer, Leadership Coach, Strategist, and founder of the Biblical Business Mastermind, a faith-forward community created to help entrepreneurs grow strong businesses without separating their faith from how they lead, build, and serve.

With more than 11 years of experience across business development, marketing, leadership, community building, events, and entrepreneurship, Lauren has developed a passion for helping people move from vision to practical execution. Her work centers on helping faith-driven business owners and organizations strategize, organize, stay accountable, and move forward faithfully.

Lauren founded the Biblical Business Mastermind out of a conviction that Christian entrepreneurs should not have to choose between sound business strategy and biblical truth. Through the Mastermind, Coaches Access, and personalized coaching, she connects entrepreneurs with practical education, experienced coaches, prayer, accountability, community, and Scripture-centered guidance.
